About Frank
Frank DeGroat Jr. was a 46-year member of Volunteer Hose Co. #2. Frank served as Chief of the West Haverstraw Fire Department from 1990-1992. Frank then served as a Fire Warden for the WHFD, until is passing. Frank helped with setting up and getting the firehouse ready for over 50 blood drives since we began having them in the 90’s.
