Once again a SPECTACULAR display of community, recognition and fun!! Every 4th of July the Town of Haverstraw provides the community with an AMAZING event to kick off the holiday festivities. Music, BBQ’s and Fireworks!!
Haverstraw Ambulance is ALWAYS happy to be asked to be an intricate part of this event. Anytime there is an event of this size it is ALWAYS ideal to have the proper coverage available for the “just in case” situation. In all the years we have been committed to this event, we have been very fortunate to be utilized for minor medical needs, yet every year we make sure that we have EVERYTHING we need to be sure the community members attending are safe!!
Haverstraw Ambulance would like to say THANK YOU to Supervisor Howard Phillips and the members of the Town Board and Town Hall for making this event WONDERFUL EVERY YEAR and inviting us to participate.
Additionally we would like to extend a HUGE THANK YOU to “this years” neighboring EMS agencies who were right beside us making this event EMS STRONG: STONY POINT AMBULANCE, NEW CITY AMBULANCE, SOUTH ORANGETOWN AMBULANCE, WILLIAM P.FAIST AMBULANCE, ROCKLAND PARAMEDIC SERVICES AND ROCKLAND COUNTY EMS COORDINATORS OFFICE! Additionally the RC SHERIFFS OFFICE COMMUNICTIONS DIVISION for coordinating the communications between, EMS,FIRE AND POLICE.
Knowing that many of our providers were there at the event AND making sure that our community was covered is reassuring and commendable!
